Refund Policy

Membership dues are non-refundable except for duplicate payments by the same person.

Event registrations are refundable, less chapter costs incurred, when Bama Houston cancels an event. However, when conditions change that are out of our control, such as speaker and venue cancellations, and the event is still being held, event registrations are non-refundable.

Merchandise sold directly by the chapter is refundable, less shipping and credit card processing fees, within 30 days of the transaction provided it is returned in original condition. Discounted merchandise is non-refundable. Merchandise and services purchased in scholarship auctions are non-refundable.
